The Certificate #/ID can be any unique personal number such as the user's QSP or QSD ID. To access this new text field, go to Settings > My Profile > Edit User.


†To enable the Certificate ID text field on a form, please contact support@cloudcompli.com to request a form change. Note that you must be an account admin to make any changes to any forms. Global forms are excluded from this feature.
