Publishing a report on the web platform

 

Stuck on the infinite loop of death? There are a few reasons as to why that might be. Check if any of these apply to you:

  • Low/No internet connectivity: Ensure that your internet connection whether it's Wi-Fi or Cellular Data strength is good.
  • Too many photos: Reports with too many photos (for example, more than 30 photos) can cause heavy memory consumption. This can overwhelm the system and your internet connection when trying to publish a report. Try limiting the number of photos added to a report.
  • Too many active deficiencies: A report with too many deficiencies along with photos can cause heavy memory consumption as well. Try limiting your deficiencies by resolving previous ones or separating your project/site into one or more locations.

Downloading a report on the web platform

 

If the report publishes but does not download, please contact us to look further into it at support@cloudcompli.com include the site/project name and report date.
