Typically, our on-boarding process looks about as follows:

1.  Initial On-boarding Phone Call: Over the course of an hour, we gather information about your workflows and ask you send us a copy of your forms and a data file (commonly CSV/Excel) containing site data you wish to import.

Commonly imported data:

  • Site Address
  • Owner/Operator
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Company Address
  • Name of authorized user(s) or inspector(s), title, phone number
  • Project ID/WDID

 

2. Instance Configuration: We set up your personalized URL and programs and build out your forms. You can also opt to use our forms, such as those conforming to CASQA or several supported regulatory formats, which can speed this process up substantially. 3. Platform Orientation and Training Session:Over the course of an hour, we walk you through your new CloudCompli instance, teaching you the basics of how to use CloudCompli and ensuring that we've imported your sites, replicated your forms, and configured your workflows to your satisfaction.4. User Provisioning: After the training, we send out login links to all the users in your organization who will require access to CloudCompli. (See Users guide to learn more about user restrictions and resetting username and password).

 

5. Review Period: You and your team can start using the application and let us know what is and isn't working for you.
